Yes. There are many color options available for both the frame and the actual screen. The frames come in colors that are designed to coincide with the colors that window manufacturers use. The color of your frame and the color of your screen are your choice and do not reflect in the overall cost of your new screens. We can match any color of window with our paint-matched aluminum frame. Sunscreens come in a variety of colors that will either match or compliment the color of your home.
Typically the East, West and South as those are exposed to the most sunlight. Many clients choose to have all their windows screened for aesthetics and added privacy.
Our warranty is for 10 years. We have seen screens last over 15 years with routine cleaning and maintenance. We recommend your sun screens be cleaned and conditioned annually for appearance and longevity.
You get to answer that question. Remember that we are measuring the amount of heat that is transferred through your windows. We see most people choosing 90%, but in some cases when more light is desired or sun screens are just being installed to protect turf, 80% is a better fit. We will always have samples available so you can make an informed decision.

Sunscreens have a 10-year limited warranty. They typically have a 10-15 year lifespan. Annual maintenance will improve that drastically.
